Return & Refund Policy

At PLUS POINT EXIM PVT LTD, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy outlines the process and conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the product must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as received.

    • In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation.

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Items without original packaging or missing components.

3. Return Process

  2. Provide order details and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, ship the product securely to our return address (shipping details will be shared).

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI after confirmation.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Products may be exchanged for the same or similar items if available.

  • Exchange requests must follow the same process as returns.
